About the Program: During the 28 days of training, you shall be under the divine supervision of our time-honored teachers. Food and Accommodation
Rishikul Yogshala is utterly committed to offering food of utmost quality, completely vegetarian and sattvic in composition. We provide three meals a day, prepared by our well-versed chefs. Ayurveda-sponsored food prepared in healing herbs and Kerala’s world famous spices synopsize our meal program. Our ashram resort is set upon the cliff top and is very near to the Varkala beach. Enjoy the delightful feeling of residing in the bamboo huts, imitating the Vedic lifestyle. We aspire to provide a cozy and safe stay with each room well-furnished with facilities like twin-bed, geyser, attached bathroom, etc., while the garden-area is fitted with hanging hammocks for leisure.
